The Good Companions Offer A Wide Range of Services for Older Adults

Continuing our interest in getting to know other charities serving people in central Ottawa, Nikkie Snagg, Membership and Volunteer Coordinator at The Good Companions spoke to CCSAC in October. Nikkie provided an excellent overview on the many programs being offered to seniors and people living with disabilities. The Good Companions serves more than 2000 older adults each year, offering meals, varied programming and support services, at its location at 670 Albert Street in Ottawa.
