Food Centre staff Dennis, David and Daphne recently welcomed a new fridge and freezer at the Centretown Community Food Centre. Thanks to a generous grant from a local Ottawa foundation, CCSAC was able to purchase these appliances for the Food Centre. The added space will allow the Food Centre to offer more perishable foods for clients and will also reduce the number of weekly commercial deliveries, thereby saving on operating costs.
