At its June meeting, Cameron Ketchum,  Director of Community Initiatives with United Way East Ontario spoke to CCSAC representatives about a new initiative called United For All.  It is a multi–partner effort devoted to addressing hate, polarization and extremism in the East Ontario region.  Started in 2016, it brings together social service agencies, faith-based organizations, policymakers, health providers, school boards and criminal justice organizations to amongst others to proactively support and coordinate action that addresses system-wide issues resulting in hate, violence and extremism.  More information is available at https://www.unitedwayeo.ca/get-involved/united-for-all.
