The loss of affordable housing to gentrification is a growing problem in central Ottawa.  At its May meeting, CCSAC representatives voted to continue our membership in the Ottawa Community Land Trust.  This is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving and increasing affordable housing in the Ottawa area by acquiring residential rental properties and turning them into non-profit affordable housing.  More information about OCLT can be found at https://www.oclt.ca
