Ariel Troster, newly elected Councillor for Somerset Ward, was the guest speaker at CCSAC’s February meeting.  Ariel spoke of her commitment to improving the lives of those living in Central Ottawa, with a particular focus on improving affordable housing and the overall quality of life for so many residents.  A Centretown resident for many years, Ariel worked in the non-profit and labour sectors as a communications, policy and campaign specialist. Prior to running for office, she worked with communities across Canada at the Federation of Canadian Municipalities.
